Shipping and Delivery

Shipping policy

 

All orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days (Excluding weekends and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

There might be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

 

Local Singapore delivery rates

 

  • 0 - 3km : $5 
  • 3km to 9.9km: $10
  • 10km and above: $19.90

 

How to get free delivery?

  • For addresses within 3km (min. spend $30), delivery is on us
  • For any orders above $80, delivery is on us


In-store Pickup

 

You can skip the shipping fees with local pickup at:

In-store pickup hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Sunday 

 

After placing your order and selecting the self collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at the moment. Please email us at fahrenheitcoffee.sg@gmail.com to enquire. 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fahrenheitcoffee.sg@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Ready to order? 

1. Actual delivery time will be between 10-6pm.

2. Please ensure that someone is available to collect the order as items must be promptly refrigerated.
